QA/QC is conducted on a job by job basis as all work we perform
is custom work. Below are the QA/QC program steps.

Pre-planning of work - The program will start by meeting
with our customer's representatives or engineers to discuss equipment
design, metallurgy, design pressure/vacuum limits, cleaning and plant effluent
handling requirements. Then Delta Tech will submit detailed, step by step,
procedures including drawings, indicating system pre-cleaning inspection,
mechanical setup, chemical cleaning procedures and documentation, post
cleaning inspection and lay-up procedures for approval.

Cleaning of systems - Once the procedures have been approved,
the actual cleaning will be documented using a time and initial format indicating
the date and time as each step is completed. If in process inspections are
required, there will be sections that will be completed indicating who inspected
the work in progress and when it was inspected.  Should conditions or
the scope of the project change, requiring a change in procedure, the
Delta Tech Supervisor will submit the proposed changes in writing to
    the customer's representative for approval.

Post cleaning inspection and review - At the conclusion
of the cleaning operations, inspections will be performed by the Delta Tech
QA/QC supervisor and customer's representative to insure that the work was
completed as expected.    Delta Tech will submit a letter of completion
with the detailed procedures and equipment sign-off sheets to customer's
    representative for retention.

This system of QA/QC has been developed and proven to be effective over 30
  years.
